Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crab meat
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 egg, beaten
salt and pepper to taste
Worcestershire sauce to taste
fresh bread crumbs
4 to 6 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Mix crab meat, mayonnaise, egg, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce; form into cakes.
The smaller you make the cakes, the better they hold together.
Dip both sides of each cake in bread crumbs.
