Pan Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3 c. rice, cooked
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
    12 corn tortillas
    2 cans enchilada sauce
    1 small can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Brown ground beef.
    Heat together enchilada sauce and tomato sauce.
    Layer as follows:
    6 corn tortillas dipped in enchilada sauce, ground beef, rice, half of the cheese, 6 corn tortillas not dipped.
    Pour remaining enchilada sauce, then the remaining cheese.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 until cheese melts and browns, approximately 20 to 40 minutes.
