Raisin Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 c. boiling water
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine raisins and water in saucepan.
    Bring to boil.
    Reduce heat.
    Simmer until raisins are tender.
    Mix sugar and cornstarch. Stir into raisin mixture.
    Cook, stirring constantly, for 10 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Add butter and lemon juice.
    Serve over ham, lamb or pork.
