Melissa'S Taco Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 (1 1/4 oz.) taco seasoning mix
1 can refried beans
1 (16 oz.) jar taco sauce, divided
2 heads lettuce, torn in bite-size pieces
1/2 c. sliced black olives
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 large tomato, diced
1 c. shredded New York sharp Cheddar
1 c. Southwestern style blue color chips
1 carton sour cream
Preparation

Prepare beef according to seasoning mix directions.
Add beans and 3/4 cup taco sauce.
On large platter, arrange 1/2 the lettuce. Add beef and bean mixture.
Top with remaining lettuce, olives, onion, tomatoes, cheese and chips.
Serve with remaining taco sauce and sour cream.
Serves 6. Nice with Green Giant Mexican.
