Rieska - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 tsp. soda
dash of salt
1/2 c. whole wheat, rye, barley or oatmeal flour
1 1/2 c. white flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. melted oleo
Preparation

Dough is very soft. Put a lot of flour on cookie sheet. Knead until it holds together.
Put in oval shape and prick with fork. Bake 1/2 hour at 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 or until brown on bottom.
