Turkey-Broccoli Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. broccoli florets
2 c. cooked, cubed turkey
1/2 c. chopped onion
2-inch wedge Velveeta cheese, cubed
salt and pepper to taste
6 eggs (or egg substitute)
1/4 c. milk
Preparation

In a bowl, mix broccoli, turkey, onion, cheese, salt and pepper.
Put into a baking dish, sprayed with Pam.
In a small bowl, beat eggs and milk.
Pour over the dry ingredients so they are just covered.
Place dish, uncovered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until eggs are set and the top is golden.
Serve hot with sourdough toast.
