Homemade Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. garlic salt
    2 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick salt
    1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    3/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Mix well with mixer.
    Shape into 2 loaves.
    Wrap and refrigerate for 24 hours.
    Unwrap and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Prick with fork when done to let all juices escape.
    When done, it still looks reddish, but it is done.
