Seafoam Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can pears (14 oz.)
1 box lime jello (3 oz.)
2 Tbsp. milk
1 c. pear juice
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
Preparation

Drain pears and mash. Dissolve lime jello in 1 cup hot pear juice. Beat cream cheese with 2 tablespoons milk.
Gradually beat in hot jello. Chill until partially set.
Drain pears again and fold into jello mixture.
Next fold in the Cool Whip. Chill. Sprinkle nuts on top, if desired.
