Fettucini "Al Marko" - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fettucini
1/4 lb. butter (1 stick)
1 pt. light cream
grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
Preparation

Cook fettucini as directed.
Melt butter and pour over drained pasta.
Pour cream over pasta and mix.
Finally, mix cheeses and toss to coat.
Serve with grated cheeses to taste.
For variation, toss with steamed broccoli crowns.
