Greek Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground round
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. coarse black pepper
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. marjoram
    3/4 c. coarsely crushed saltines
    2 pieces bread, soaked in water and then squeezed slightly and left fairly moist
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Preheat
    oven
    to 350\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients gently and pack into a loaf pan.
    Bake about 1 hour.
    Pour off accumulated drippings before serving.
    Yield:
    6 servings; approximate calories per serving is 310.
