Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
2 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. grated carrots
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Combine sugar, oil and eggs.
Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
Combine dry ingredients together; add to oil mixture and beat at low speed for 1 minute.
Add grated carrots and nuts.
Mix well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes in round cake pans.
Bake longer if in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
