Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. persimmons
    3 eggs
    1 3/4 c. milk
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Mix pulp.
    Beat eggs; add milk and dry ingredients alternately.
    Pour into greased pan about 2-inches deep.
    Bake 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
