Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. potatoes, diced
    1 to 2 onions, diced
    1 1/2 lb. bacon pieces, fried
    1 pt. heavy whipping cream or 1/2 c. dried cream substitute
    milk
Preparation
    Cover potatoes and onions with water. Boil until tender, but DO NOT DRAIN. Fry bacon. Add to potatoes with a little of the bacon grease. Add whipping cream. Add milk if needed to make soupy consistency.
