Chicken Teriyaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. water
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    dash of ground ginger
    1 (2 1/2-3 1/2 lb.) cut-up chicken
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Mix first six ingredients until smooth.
    Pour over chicken, cover and marinate in refrigerator for several hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
    Place chicken and marinade in slow cooker. Cook at low heat 6 to 8 hours.
    To thicken, mix flour and water, stir in and cook on high 15 minutes.
    Yield: 6 servings.
