Taco Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. ground beef
1 Tbsp. oleo
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 can kidney beans, drained
1/3 c. sliced ripe olives
1 tomato, diced
1 avocado, diced
1 small head lettuce, shredded
2 c. corn chips
1/4 tsp. taco sauce
1/3 c. Italian dressing
Preparation

Cook meat in butter, stirring until done.
Drain off fat.
Put into mixing bowl and add onion, beans, olives, tomato, avocado and lettuce.
Mix well. Add cheese, corn chips, taco sauce and dressing.
Toss thoroughly and serve.
