Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 c. butter
1/2 c. Crisco
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
5 eggs
1 c. pecans
Preparation

Cream shortening and butter; add sugars, vanilla and mix.
Add 1 egg at a time and mix well.
Sift flour and baking powder together and alternate milk and flour to flour mixture.
