Microwave Stuffed Potato Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 baking potatoes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. sliced green onion
    1 slice bacon or bacon bits (1 tsp.)
    1/4 c. dairy sour cream
Preparation
    Scrub
    potatoes.
    Pierce
    with fork.
    Microwave at High for 5 to\t7
    1/2 minutes; turn at 3 minutes.
    Let stand for 5 minutes to\tcomplete
    cooking.
    Place
    bacon
    on
    bacon rack, microwave on High
    for\t30
    to 60 seconds.
    It will be crisp. Crumble
    bacon and set aside.
    Slice each potato lengthwise in half.
    Then crosswise.\tCarefully
    scoop out centers, leaving 1/4-inch\tof potato
    next
    to skin.
    Arrange skins on serving plate.
    Sprinkle with
    salt and pepper.
    Spread thin layer of sour
    cream
    in each shell.
    Sprinkle with cheese, green onion and
    crumbled
    bacon. Microwave
    at
    Medium
    for\t2
    1/2 to 4 minutes or until cheese melts.
    Rotate at half cooking time.
