Triple Chocolate Peanut Clusters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. white chocolate
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate chips
    1 (24 oz.) unsalted dry roasted peanuts
Preparation
    Melt chocolates in electric skillet on lowest setting or in double boiler, stirring constantly.
    Cool 5 minutes.
    Stir in peanuts.
    Drop mixture by tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper.
    Let cool completely.
    Wrap in plastic and refrigerate until ready to serve.
    Yield:
    7 dozen.
