Artichoke-Tomato Salad With Herb Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen artichoke hearts
    1/2 c. tarragon vinegar
    1 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. minced parsley
    2 Tbsp. chives or green onions
    2 tsp. tarragon
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 tomatoes
    olives
    lettuce
Preparation
    Cook artichoke hearts according to package directions.
    Put artichoke hearts, cut side up, in single layer in a shallow dish.
