Oriental Shrimp Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 1/2 lb. shrimp, cleaned, cooked and chopped
    1 (16 oz.) can bean sprouts, drained
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and thinly sliced
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
    2 green onions, sliced
    1/2 c. low calorie Italian dressing
    1/4 c. soy sauce
Preparation
    Cook rice and let cool.
    Combine rice, shrimp, bean sprouts, water chestnuts, celery, green pepper, pimiento and green onions. Chill 1 hour.
