Spaghetti Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 to 10 oz. cooked spaghetti
    1 egg
    oregano
    salt
    garlic (optional)
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. shredded cheese (Mozzarella is best)
    1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 lb. browned hamburger
    onion flakes
    pepper
    1 small can mushrooms (optional)
    sliced pepperoni
    1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Place spaghetti in the bottom of a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Beat together milk and egg.
    Pour over the spaghetti.
    Drain browned hamburger and add oregano, onion flakes, salt, pepper and garlic to taste.
    Place seasoned hamburger over spaghetti.
    Place mushrooms on top of the meat and then spread spaghetti sauce over the mushrooms.
    Put a thin layer of cheese on sauce, then layer pepperoni and another layer of cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour 15 minutes covered with foil.
    Remove foil and bake another 15 minutes.
    Best to let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Can be made and refrigerated 24 hours before baking.
