Scalloped Scallops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. scallops
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    2/3 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Wash and pick over scallops.
    Melt butter. Add crackers and crumbs. Layer crumbs in buttered dish. Cover with scallops and half of the milk. Season with salt and pepper.
    Repeat layer of crumbs, scallops and milk. Cover with crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Serves 4.
