Low-Fat Low Cholesterol Eggnog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. skim milk
    2 egg whites
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. rum extract
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    3 packets Equal
    1/2 c. crushed ice or 4 cubes
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in blender until smooth and frothy. Serve in chilled glasses.
    Garnish with sprinkle of nutmeg. Makes 2 servings.
