Sweetheart Fudge Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
    3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    3 eggs
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels, melted
    2 tsp. instant coffee granules
    1 tsp. rum extract
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
    1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
    piped whipped cream and chopped walnuts (for garnish)
Preparation
    Cream the butter.
    Gradually add brown sugar, beating at medium speed of an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Add melted chocolate, coffee granules and rum extract; mix well.
    Stir in flour and 1 cup chopped walnuts.
    Pour mixture into pastry shell. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Cool completely.
    Chill.
    Garnish, if desired.
    Yields one 9-inch pie.
