Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cubed potatoes
    1/4 lb. margarine, melted
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 c. corn flakes
Preparation
    Boil potatoes
    about
    5 minutes and drain.
    Mix most of margarine
    with
    potatoes.
    Then
    mix with sour cream, onions, cream of chicken soup, Cheddar cheese, salt and pepper.
    Place in large casserole dish.
    Mix remainder of margarine with corn flakes which
    have
    been
    crushed.
    Place
    on
    top
    of
    potato mixture. Cook in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
