Slow Boat To China - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger or chop suey meat, browned
    2 large onions
    1 bunch celery, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. raw rice
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can water
Preparation
    Add onions and celery to meat.
    Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Cook together.
    In a 2-quart casserole, mix rice, soy sauce, soup and water.
    Mix well and add hamburger mixture to this.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
