Banana Milk Shake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 fully ripe bananas
1 qt. chilled milk
few grains of salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
dash of nutmeg
Preparation

Peel bananas, slice them into a large bowl.
Beat with blender until smooth and creamy.
Add milk, sugar, vanilla and nutmeg. Serve in tall glasses.
