Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 c. blueberries, drained
1/3 c. shortening, melted
Preparation

Sift together flour, baking soda, cream of tartar, sugar and salt.
Make a well in the middle of the dry ingredients and add the beaten egg, milk and melted shortening.
Mix to combine. Lightly fold in blueberries.
Bake in muffin tin at 400\u00b0
for 18 to 20 minutes.
Makes 12.
