Southwestern Beef And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 (15 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    2 1/2 c. tomato sauce
    1/4 c. chopped green bell peppers
    2 1/2 c. water
    2 envelopes taco sauce mix
    2 Tbsp. minced onion flakes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 1/2 c. instant rice
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in skillet; drain.
    Stir in everything but the rice and cheese.
    Bring to a boil.
    Add rice; reduce heat. Simmer for 15 minutes or until rice is tender.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
