Mexican Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head lettuce
    1 lb. Wisconsin rat cheese, grated
    1 (15 oz.) can Ranch Style beans, chilled
    2 tomatoes, diced
    1/2 onion, chopped fine
    3/4 bottle Catalina dressing, chilled
    1 (11 oz.) pkg. Fritos, crushed
Preparation
    Prepare lettuce as for tossed salad.
    Drain and wash chilled beans.
    Add diced tomatoes, onion, cheese and dressing.
    Chill 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving.
    Add crushed Fritos and mix well immediately before serving.
    Serves 12.
