Pineapple Ham Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. smoked ham (ground)
    1 lb. lean fresh pork (ground)
    1 c. finely crushed crackers
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    6 slices pineapple
    6 maraschino cherries
Preparation
    Combine ham, pork, crumbs, eggs, milk and mustard.
    Spray Pam on bottom and sides of heavy skillet.
    Pat brown sugar over bottom. Arrange pineapple slices over sugar and put a cherry in center of each pineapple.
    Cover and put over low to medium heat for 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat to low and cook 1 hour.
