Mushroom Sauteed Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. monosodium glutamate
    20 saltine crackers, crushed
    1 can golden mushroom soup
    1 soup can milk or water
    3 eggs
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except flour, soup and milk; shape into balls.
    Roll into flour.
    Brown in skillet.
    Place in a large baking dish.
    Dilute soup with milk or water.
    Pour over meatballs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
