Applesauce Jello - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. Jell-O (3 oz.)
    1 c. applesauce
    2 to 3 scoops ice cream
Preparation
    Make Jell-O according to package using 2 cups hot and 1 3/4 cups cold water.
    Pour into an 8 x 8-inch pan (glass if you have it because it's pretty).
    Add applesauce; mix well.
    Add ice cream scoops and let melt.
    When soft, swirl through Jell-O mixture.
