Chewy Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. light brown sugar
    1 stick margarine or butter
    3 eggs
    2 cups sifted self rising flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 cup chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream sugar and butter over medium heat. Remove from heat and beat in eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla, blend in flour and stir in nuts. Pour into greased 13 x 9 inch pan and bake at 325\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
