Pickled Beets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    beets
    1 c. vinegar
    1 c. water
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Wash beets.
    Cook until tender; save juice.
    Put beets in cold water.
    Take off skin; cut into chunks.
    Take some of the juice beets were cooked in and add 1 cup vinegar, 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar.
    Mix together with beets.
    Depending on how many beets you have to do, you have to keep adding 1 cup of everything (1 cup juice, 1 cup water, 1 cup vinegar and 1 cup sugar).
    Heat until boiling.
    Put into hot jars.
    Enjoy!
