Fresh Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. peaches, sliced (about 11 medium size)
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Mix peaches and lemon juice.
    Stir together sugar, flour and cinnamon.
    Mix with peaches.
    Turn into a 10-inch pastry lined pie plate.
    Dot with butter.
    Cover with top crust.
    Seal well.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes or until brown.
