Ground Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. rice (uncooked)
    3/4 c. tomato juice
    1 can beef bouillon
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Saute in butter the green pepper and onion.
    Add meat and salt; mix well.
    Cook until lightly browned.
    Wash rice; spread over bottom of casserole.
    Place layer of meat mixture; pour over tomato juice and bouillon over.
    Bake uncovered at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
