Sauerkraut And Kielbasa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 qt.) bag sauerkraut
    1 qt. water
    1 small onion, diced very fine
    1 small piece pork
    1 medium apple, peeled and sliced very thin
    Polish kielbasa
Preparation
    Simmer all ingredients, except kielbasa, for several hours. Approximately 1/2 hour before eating, add Polish kielbasa and cook.
    Serve with mashed potatoes and applesauce.
