Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 count) pkg. tortillas
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    chopped onion
    salt and pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Tear tortillas into pieces.
    Brown beef.
    Add tomatoes, onion, salt, pepper and cheese.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Add tortillas; mix thoroughly and place in casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
