Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 tsp. vanilla
    6 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Put sugar, eggs and buttermilk into blender. Spin until mixed, then add vanilla and melted butter; mix.
    Fill pie shells with coconut.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
    Makes 2 pies.
