Sweet And Sour Red Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 Tbsp unsalted butter
    1 1/2 C chopped onion
    1 (2 lb) head red cabbage cored and shredded to make 8 cups
    1 Granny Smith apple, peeled, cored, quartered and thinly sliced
    1 C water
    3 Tbsp red wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp sugar
    1 1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp each of caraway seeds and pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter in Dutch oven.
    Add onion; saute 5 minutes.
    Add cabbage and apple; saute 5 minutes, until cabbage starts to wilt.
