Baked Zucchini Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. grated zucchini (about 3 to 4 c.)
    1 onion, grated
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 stick oleo, melted
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. Pepperidge Farm (herb seasoning) stuffing mix
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except cheese.
    Put in buttered dish.
    Top with grated cheese. Bake about 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
