Alberta (B) Ketchup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 peck tomatoes
    3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1 pt. white vinegar
    3 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Cook and drain tomatoes overnight.
    Cook tomatoes and rest of ingredients together for 1 hour.
    Put into jars and seal.
    Good for baked beans and Sloppy Joes.
