Chicken Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 uncooked manicotti shells
    1 1/2 c. cut-up, cooked chicken or turkey
    1 c. shredded carrot
    1 c. low-fat Ricotta cheese
    2 Tbsp. green onion
    2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro
    1 clove garlic
    1 c. salsa
    1/4 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Cook manicotti shells as directed on package; drain.
    Mix chicken, carrot, Ricotta cheese, onions, cilantro and garlic.
    Fill shells with chicken mixture.
