Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) bag frozen broccoli and cauliflower
    garlic powder
    1/4 c. rice (uncooked)
    1/4 c. milk
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup
    4 to 6 oz. Velveeta cheese, sliced
Preparation
    In glass baking dish, pour in frozen broccoli. Sprinkle with garlic powder. Pour in rice and milk.
    Spoon can of soup over mixture. Top with sliced Velveeta. Microwave on High for 20 minutes, stirring once after 10 minutes.
