Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and well drained
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Melt butter or margarine.
    Add spinach (well drained), eggs, onion, cheese and stuffing mix; mix well and chill overnight.
    Form into balls (makes approximately 36 balls).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
    Very good appetizer.
