Refrigerated Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream (8 oz.)
    2 tsp. onion salt
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Peel and cook potatoes in salted water until tender.
    Drain. Beat until smooth.
    Add remaining ingredients and beat until light and fluffy.
    Put in covered container in refrigerator.
    Will keep in refrigerator 2 weeks.
    When ready to use, put desired amount in greased (or sprayed with Pam) casserole dish.
    Dot with butter or margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    until heated through.
    Makes 8 cups or 12 servings.
