Egg And Sausage Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk pork sausage, browned
    8 eggs
    6 slices bread, cubed
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 small can mushrooms
    1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Brown and drain sausage.
    Beat eggs slightly.
    Add remaining ingredients including sausage.
    Chill for 12 hours or overnight to blend flavors.
    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until slightly browned.
