Chile Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (4 oz.) can cream-style corn
3/4 c. milk
1/3 c. oil
2 eggs
1 c. corn meal
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. Longhorn cheese, grated
1 (4 oz.) can or 1/2 c. chiles, cut up
Preparation

Mix corn meal, soda and salt.
Mix corn, oil, milk and eggs. Combine the mixtures.
Add chiles and cheese; mix well.
Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 in greased, uncovered casserole or favorite baking pan.
