Tuna Bake With Cheese Swirls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. onions
1/3 c. chopped green peppers
3 Tbsp. oil
1 tsp. salt
6 Tbsp. flour
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. milk
1 (7 oz.) can tuna fish in water
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Cook onions and peppers in oil until golden brown.
Add salt and flour; blend.
Add soup and milk.
Cook, stirring constantly, until thick and smooth.
Add tuna and lemon juice.
Pour into baking dish and cover with cheese swirls.
Bake in oven at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes; reduce to 425\u00b0 and bake 15 minutes more.
